Please read these terms carefully before using RunwayCRM. By using the service you agree to these terms.
01Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using RunwayCRM, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using RunwayCRM on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
02The service
RunwayCRM provides a CRM platform for Indian businesses that includes lead management, email campaign sending via Gmail OAuth, form creation and collection, team management, campaign delivery tracking, and task management. All emails are sent from your own connected Gmail or Google Workspace account — we do not send emails from our own servers.
03Gmail API and OAuth usage
RunwayCRM uses Google's official Gmail API with your explicit authorisation. When you connect your Gmail account, you grant RunwayCRM the gmail.send permission to send email campaigns you create and schedule. We also use userinfo.email solely to display which Gmail address you have connected. RunwayCRM does not read your Gmail inbox, does not store email content from your Gmail account, and does not access any Gmail data beyond what is required to send campaigns you explicitly create. You can revoke this permission at any time from RunwayCRM Settings or from your Google account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Our use of Gmail data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy including the Limited Use requirements.
04Accounts and security
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your login credentials secure. Notify us immediately at info.runwaycrm@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of abuse, spam activity, or policy violations.
05Acceptable use
You may use RunwayCRM only for legitimate business outreach and CRM purposes — managing leads, sending personalised campaigns to contacts, and collecting leads via forms. You may NOT use RunwayCRM to send unsolicited bulk emails (spam), harass or abuse recipients, impersonate another person or organisation, send content that violates Indian law or Google's policies, or circumvent Gmail's sending limits. Violation may result in immediate account suspension.
06Email sending limits
RunwayCRM enforces daily sending limits per connected Gmail account set below Google's own limits to protect your account's sender reputation. You agree not to attempt to circumvent these limits. Sending volume is governed by your connected Gmail account's own Google-imposed daily limits.
07Forms and lead data
When you create forms using RunwayCRM and share them publicly, submitters verify their identity via Google Sign-In. You receive their verified email address and form responses. You are responsible for how you use this data and must comply with applicable data protection laws including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. You must not use collected lead data for purposes other than legitimate business outreach.
08Data storage and security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit. We do not sell your data to any third party. OAuth tokens are encrypted before storage and used only to send campaigns on your behalf.
09Uptime and availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party services including Google's Gmail API or other cloud services we depend on.
10Intellectual property
RunwayCRM and its name, logo, and software are owned by us and protected under Indian intellectual property law. Content you create inside RunwayCRM — leads, templates, campaigns — remains your property.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RunwayCRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including campaign delivery failures or Gmail API rate limiting. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim.
12Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your settings page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On account deletion, your data is removed within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
13Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Andhra Pradesh, India.
14Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or dashboard notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
